COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Richland County Sheriff’s Department says it’s investigating an alleged sexual assault inside the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. The agency said the incident reportedly happened on April 30, but that deputies weren’t informed of the allegations until May 2 - when they were told by the victim’s attorney.
